How the Gravity Destoner Works

Our vibrating rice destoner uses the difference in specific gravity between grains and stones. Through precise vibration and airflow control, heavier impurities are separated and discharged automatically.

Grain Feeding

Raw grain (rice, wheat, beans, etc.) is fed evenly into the vibrating rice destoner through the adjustable feed inlet. A uniform feed rate ensures optimal destoning performance.

Vibration Screening

The grain flows across the inclined vibrating sieve. Combined with upward air flow from the fan, lighter grains float while heavier stones and sand sink to the sieve surface.

Stone Discharge
